Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes ua a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce over production, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions. Once your order has been placed, please allow 5-14 working days for orders to be prepared, handled, inspected, packaged, & dispatched. Thank you
Shipping & Handling Process-
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated & displayed at checkout. We have Standard Shipping Flat Rates available information listed below. Our shipping charges are based on the method of service & the location.
Our warehouse is based in the United States & ships Monday thru Friday.

Our company's handling rate always a flat rate of $5.00 every time. No matter the item's purchased or the order total it does not change.
Shipping Methods-
UPS Ground-
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground Service. You can expect your order to arrive within the business days shown above. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS 2-Day-
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days. Our business day are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Military APO/FPO Addresses-
APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. The estimated delivery time is 2 - 9 days. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO point to the recipient. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO point, UGG is not responsible for the possible delays or lost shipments.
PO Boxes – US Mail-
We are able to ship to PO Boxes via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. The estimated delivery time is 2 – 9 days.
International-
We can ship to MOST countries via UPS International delivery. Please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses. The approximate time frame is 7 – 17 business days. Business day are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
ATTENTION: Delivery to International addresses require the consignee to pay additional fees that include: Duties, taxes and brokerage fees as mandated by the government for the country where the shipment is received. You may check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. These fees must be paid to the courier at or prior to delivery.
